Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located in El Paso?
We're an El Paso-based used-appliance shop serving the whole metro. Text us to confirm current inventory and set up a time to see an appliance in person before you buy.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Every appliance we sell comes with a written 90-day warranty. If a unit stops working correctly within that window, we repair it or swap it out at no cost to you — parts and labor included.
Do you deliver and install for free in El Paso?
Yes. Free delivery and professional installation are included across El Paso, the Lower Valley, Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo, Fort Bliss and the surrounding areas. We hook it up, level it, and test it before we leave.
How much can I save buying used instead of new?
Most customers save 40–70% versus buying new. A refurbished washer starts around $249 and refrigerators start around $189, with higher-end stainless sets available for a fraction of retail.
How do I pay?
We take cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. Payment is due on delivery once you've seen the appliance working. No financing games, no hidden fees.
Are the appliances actually tested?
Yes — every unit is inspected, cleaned inside and out, and run through a full cycle before it goes on the floor. Washers get multiple wash cycles, fridges are temp-checked, and ranges have every burner and the oven verified.
